I have the capacity to evaluate the current levels of profitability in a business against what was intended at its inception. The information I obtain through my interviews and discussions with management and directorship leads me to advise action steps I perceive as being most conducive to the refining of systems and the maximising of the opportunities. I consider deployment of staff as well as all operating systems so that I can streamline all activities and minimise wastage.

Executive Coaching
The running of a business involves a lot of energy and all too often the management and executives are swamped with responsibilities and are left to fend for themselves. I am able to listen to a manager or director and hear where the pitfalls are as well as the potentially hazardous areas and then to suggest alternative ways to alleviate frustration. This involves the creation of personal goals and reward structures to ensure that the executives are honouring the fullness of their expertise and life.
